The document explores how to describe a position with a Community Agency, how to get creative, yet basic with your Community Learning Agreement (CLA) and how to describe events, meetings, or trainings that enrich service work referred to Training and Enrichment.
Vital E-Signature Update!
We have heard about a "glitch" in the system when it comes to the site supervisor signing electronically. When they sign in, some cannot see the names of the Members they are supervising and others are seeing a list of students they do not supervise. To RESOLVE this problem, there is just an easy and simple step that the Member needs to take. Note that to make the changes to the CLA it cannot have a status of "Completed" or "Active," it needs to be "Proposed." You can change the status of their CLA by selecting it and then under Available Actions- Allow the student to make changes.
These steps will link the MEMBER to the SITE SUPERVISOR.
The Member Needs To:
1. Log into their BWBRS account.
2. Click on their CLA(s) for the Fall 2010 Semester
3. Under AVAILABLE ACTIONS choose, EDIT CLA
4. Scroll down to the "Site Supervisor" section
5. Select the Name of their site supervisor (so that it becomes highlighted in blue)
6. Click SAVE
